Point Bonita is a magical place where young people are transformed through experience and interactions with their peers in a unique outdoor setting.

We are always looking for volunteers who can help us further our mission of providing life-changing nature programs that develop community responsibility and respect for our environment.   

We are very interested in volunteers with the following skills:

Outdoor Education; Construction and building trades; gardening; plumbing and electrical work; periodic hauling efforts with a pick-up truck; painting.  If interested, please contact Program Director/Head Naturalist Jesse Wernick.

To volunteer your skills in fundraising or marketing, please contact Financial Development & Outreach Coordinator Lisa Snickars.

We are also actively recruiting board members who wish to contribute their time and talents in helping us with fundraising and marketing. If you are interested, please contact board member Nicole Davis Irvin.

As volunteer board members, we dedicate our time and many talents to ensure that a young person's experience at Point Bonita YMCA leaves a lasting impression.

Cycle with Pedal to the Point!
Join our annual fundraiser and cycle for three days down the gorgeous California Coast! Our crew of fun, relaxed people will support you the entire way, including setting up camp and cooking delicious meals. All skill levels welcome. This year's ride will be in June.
